National Appeal By CSGG
In line with the strong warning by the Honourable Minister of Defence, General CG Musa that “a friend of a thief is a thief” the call to all Nigerians is clear and urgent: the fight against terrorism, kidnapping, banditry, and all forms of criminality is a collective responsibility.
Criminal networks do not survive on weapons alone; they thrive on silence, sympathy, logistics, and indirect support from within communities. Nigerians are therefore urged to reject, expose, and report all forms of collaboration with criminals, no matter how subtle or familiar they may appear.
President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has given a clear mandate: secure Nigeria first, restore confidence, and protect lives and livelihoods. Under his leadership, and with the strategic direction and professionalism of the Honourable Minister of Defence, General CG Musa, the nation’s security architecture is being strengthened through intelligence-driven operations, inter-agency cooperation, and community engagement.
These efforts can only succeed when citizens stand firmly with the government and security forces by sharing timely information and refusing to shield criminals.
Citizens Support for Good Governance (CSGG) aligns fully with this national security message and urges Nigerians to amplify it across communities, traditional institutions, religious platforms, and social media spaces.
A secure Nigeria under President Bola Tinubu and General CG Musa is not just a government task it is a national duty that must be done together. United, vigilant, and resolute, Nigeria will overcome criminality and reclaim peace, stability, and progress.
