CSGG Hails CG Musa as Patriot Committed to Troops’ Welfare
The Citizens Support for Good Governance (CSGG) has described the Minister of Defence, General Christopher Gwabin Musa, as a true patriot who genuinely cares and is determined to make a clear difference, following his commissioning of newly refurbished barracks blocks at Giginya Cantonment, Sokoto.
CSGG noted that the project underscores CG Musa’s people-centred leadership and firm belief that non-commissioned officers and lower ranks the backbone of the Armed Forces deserve secure, dignified, and decent living conditions. By prioritising troop welfare amid ongoing operations in the North-West, particularly against banditry, the group said the Minister has once again demonstrated that morale, professionalism, and national security are inseparable.
According to CSGG, CG Musa’s consistent support for infrastructure renewal and personnel welfare reflects a leader focused not on optics, but on lasting institutional impact.
