VISION STATEMENT

To build a peaceful, united, and progressive Nigeria where citizens actively support and collaborate with government institutions to strengthen national security, promote transparency, sustain development, and achieve long-term stability.

MISSION STATEMENT

To mobilize and empower citizens across all communities into a coordinated civic network that supports national institutions particularly on Good Governance with intelligence awareness, public enlightenment, national cohesion, and community-driven participation aimed at achieving peace and tranquillity across Nigeria.

AIMS

  1. To promote trust, cooperation, and synergy between citizens and government institutions.
  2. To strengthen national security through civic participation, early-warning systems, and responsible intelligence sharing.
  3. To deepen national unity and counter divisive or destabilizing narratives.
  4. To mobilize communities for active participation in peacebuilding and national stability.
  5. To promote good governance, institutional accountability, and productive civic engagement.

OBJECTIVES

  1. Establish and Sustain a two (2) Million Citizen Intelligence & Peace Volunteers Network across the federation.
  2. Support all government institutions, with civic cooperation, community feedback, and intelligence awareness.
  3. Build nationwide early-warning and community reporting systems for preventing security threats.
  4. Mobilize youths and community actors for peace advocacy, national orientation, and counter-radicalization.
  5. Strengthen collaboration with security institutions through community awareness campaigns and civic training programs.
  6. Promote transparency and good governance at all levels of government.
  7. Enhance civil-military relations for better cooperation and conflict prevention.
  8. Support national policies geared toward peace, unity, stability, and national productivity.
  9. Develop community structures in all states and LGAs for effective grassroots engagement.
  10. Counter misinformation, rumours, and destabilizing narratives through fact-checking and strategic public communication.
